At HEC we appreciate the importance of training in relation to our productivity, delivery, Health and Safety and commitment of our employees.
We invest in a comprehensive training programme throughout our organisation which covers all of our employees.
We have an agreed Joint Memorandom of Understanding with Leeds College of Building to assist in the training and development of students, the key aims of which are to provide on and off the job training with apprenticeships, work experience placements and work based learning projects.
Our apprentices undertake the Modern Apprentice NVQ course to a minimum level 3 and all management and site staff hold CCS/ECS cards.
